I tested positive for COVID-19 and called to cancel at 22 hours notice (the moment I found out). There was no flexibility to reschedule and I was charged the full cost of the appointment.

Appointment was 10 minutes late, however the salon is stunning and technicians too great care over my brows. I love what they’ve done. However it is quite pricey for tint and threading
