I have had a very negative experience with Jessica. I would have had a Lash lift appointment originally 4.30PM today. However, she texted in the morning to move it back 3.20 and then we agreed to 4.40. Around 4.30 she texted me whether I could come by 5.20. I told her sorry that I was already there.

I am local to Lash and Brow, initially when they opened their service was good. The downside was they only took cash although they did have a card machine they secretly stored away only for specific customers. Not sure why that was the case.
