Appalling! I am a pensioner and was unable to attend a booking because of a medical appointment and contacted them early in the morning about an appointment at 5.15 and a pleasant person said they would get back to me. They are taking my £30 deposit and losing a potential regular customer! Very poor

I came for a Russian volume lash infill and it was not volume at all (check the photo). I had to go to another lash salon the next day to get my fill redone. I was also told from the second salon that my lashes were not put on well and the glue quality is not good, thus my natural lashes were stuck
